Two types of parents will read this document.
Which one are you?
Parent #1
You've been working hard all week.
Your tired of repeating yourself, and just want your child to cooperateÂ
without a bunch of pushback.
Or are you...
Parent #2
You feel good about your parenting but lay awake at night wondering:
- Will my child be ready for adulthood?
- Will they be confident?
- Will they choose friends wisely?
- Will they fold under pressure?
- Will they be responsible, rational, resilient?
- Will my child be able to stand on their own when I’m not around?
Which parent are you?
There's no right or wrong answer.
I have something for both.
For Present-Focused Parents
If your main focus right now is less pushback and more cooperation, I created a tool called:
The Child Communication Coach™

The rest of this document is for Future-Focused Parents
Tell me if you can relate to this.
You’re concerned about the direction the world is going
and what forces your child will have to face.
- Social media.
- School environments.
- AI.
- Peer pressure.
- Cultural messages.
- Changing values.
- Influences outside your home.
You can’t control every environment your child will enter.
But you can prepare them before they get there.
You want your child to build:
- Confidence
- Courage
- People skills
- Money skills
- Critical-thinking
- Responsibility
- Independence
- Balance
But you're not exactly sure how to do that.
That's where community steps in.
You don’t know everything and I don’t know everything.
But together, we can prepare the next generation for anything.
That’s why I’m inviting you to join me and a small group of growth-minded parents inside:
The Proactive Parent Path™
This is a long-term game plan to help your child reach their highest potential with you as their coach.
The goal is simple:
More cooperation now.
More confidence as a parent.
A clearer path toward raising a dependable adult.
But here’s the catch...
I’m only one person.
I can only support a few families at a time.
So I’m looking for the right fit.
This is not for everybody.
This isn’t for you if you...
- Think the only way to learn is through your own experiences
- Believe kids should ALWAYS do as you say just because you said
- Don’t want to become a better example for your child to follow
- Only want to talk about problems, but not practice solutions
- Want a quick fix without adjusting your approach
- Are not open to reflecting on your role in the parent-child dynamic
But if you...
- Have kids ages 3–12, or close to that range
- Want to be a better leader for your child to follow
- Want to understand your child deeper than surface level
- Are willing to reflect, learn, and adjust
- Are coachable and willing to follow a custom growth plan
Then this could be the line in the sand that changes your
family lineage for generations to come.
We’ll do it with the a mix of group synergy.
1:1 strategy.
Proven playbooks.
A custom game plan.
And 6-Week project cycles.
The plan is simple:
Â
Phase 1: Build a Strong Identity
Your child's actions are influenced by two things:
Nature & Nurture
Nature is the natural temperament you’re born with.
Nurture is how safe your environment makes you feel.
Sometimes your child will be in an environment that you can’t control.
So we must build courage & confidence in kids
whenever you do have control of the environment.
This phase is most important around the ages of 3-6
when children are building a deeper sense of self-awareness.
COURAGE PLAYBOOKS™ are how we do it.
We’ll start with a 1:1 gameplan session to get clear on your goals, your child's patterns, and decide on the most important quick-win strategies for your first 30-60 days.
Then we’ll use COURAGE PLAYBOOKS™ to help your child practice:
- Doing hard things
- Handle frustration
- Build confidence through action
- Take the next small step
That’s Phase 1.
We help your child build the courage to face pressure without falling apart.
Because a strong identity is not built by avoiding difficulty.
It’s built by learning how to face hard times with you as their coach.
Phase 2:Â Develop Discernment
Discernment is the ability to see what is wise and do what is wise…especially in the face of foolishness around you.
As your child grows, they will face more voices, more opinions, more pressure, and more outside influence.
You won’t always be there to tell them what to do.
So the goal is to prepare them ahead of time.
This phase is most important around the ages of 6-12 when many kids are spending more time in school, around peers, online, and away from home.
WISDOM PLAYBOOKS™ are how we do it.
We’ll look at your child’s weekly environment and identify where outside influences may be shaping their thinking, behavior, confidence, or choices.
Then we’ll practice WISDOM PLAYBOOKS™ in a safe environment, so your child is better prepared for unsafe, confusing, or high-pressure environments.
Your child will practice:
- Choosing friends wisely
- Recognizing unsafe people
- Handling peer pressure
- Saying no with confidence
- Protecting their self-worth
- Understanding how their behavior affects others
- Moving through the world with wisdom, not fear
That’s Phase 2Â
You can’t protect your child from everything, but you can prepare them for anything.
Phase 3: Build Dependability
Today, your child depends on you.
Tomorrow, you will depend on them.
This phases is designed to support you in coaching them to be dependable adults.
It’s about becoming someone who can contribute value.
CONTRIBUTION PLAYBOOKS™ are how we do it.
We’ll help your child practice:
- Critical-thinking
- Problem solving
- Helping without being forced
- Going the extra mile
- Delayed gratification
- Building useful skills
- Seeing responsibility as part of growing up
This phase supports your kid’s economic readiness.
Not just money in the narrow sense.
But the deeper lesson underneath money:
You create opportunity by creating value.
That’s Phase 3.
We help your child become more responsible, useful, and dependable over time.
Continued Community Support
The first 6-week cycle helps you build momentum.
But parenting is not a 6-week job.
Your child will keep growing.
New challenges will come.
New blind spots will appear.
New decisions will need to be made.
That’s why The Proactive Parent Path™ includes continued community support for the full year.
Here’s how it works:
- Every 6 weeks, we meet as a group on Zoom to map out your next 6-Week Game Plan.
- We identify your current constraint and choose the next skill, playbook, or system to focus on.
- You’ll have personal guidance from me and support from the community each week.
- Together, we’ll track progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust the plan when needed.
- You’ll have access to workshops, skill sessions, masterminds, and guided group discussions throughout the year.
You don’t have to make every mistake to learn every lesson.
You can learn from the experience of other proactive parents, apply what fits your family, and pass those lessons down to your child.
It's easy to get started
We kick things off on July 10th.
Your first 6-week cycle will help us strategize and decide the most important skill you’re going to help your child build first.

If something isn’t right, or either of us isn’t feeling it, we’ll tear up the agreement and walk away as friends.
As long as we’re both good, we’ll continue moving forward together.
